Reimbursement Details *

REAL MOMENTUM will reimburse the church for the difference between the ticket price and the event fee after deducting travel expenses. The church will reimburse REAL MOMENTUM for registrations made through the church if needed. Discounts: The ministry is free to offer group discounts or special pricing to its attendees; however, the ministry acknowledges that Real Momentum will not absorb the cost of these discounts.

Set up and manage online registrations/tickets through realmomentum.men
Provide marketing assets to use for promoting (print/social media files)
Provide a speaker with an honorarium from the online and on-site registrations
Set up a ministry resource table
Engage the hearts of men in their relationship with God, their family, and the church.

Host Agreement *

Event Host agrees to the following:

Rally as many men together as possible by pulpit announcements, social media posts, flyers, invite cards, and marketing to men in the church and city.
Offer on-site registrations before and after church services.
Provide and prepare an excellent steak with sides and drinks.
Set up and tear down for the night.
Provide any pictures or recordings for RM after the event.
